Was initially concerned about road noise, given its immediately adjacent to the bridge. But were pleasantly surprised when we closed the windows and the the reverse cycle aircon on low, we didnt hear much at all. Very comfy bed, and ask for Room 22 which has a great deck and view over the Manning River. While the room is dated, its very functional with toaster, microwave, kettle and small fridge. Great value for money with a short walk into town.

I was travelling from Melbourne to Brisbane but I couldn’t make it all the way and Wife and I were tired. So we went on Hotels.com and looked around the Taree area. There so many places booked out and I managed to jag this place with a couple of rooms left. The owners were easy to contact we went with the app price. The room was comfortable and clean and the other reviews were well received and priced well. So do yourself a favour and stop in a while cause I’ll be back.

The room looks good. the lights outside are on all night, so its safe, but the thinnest pillows, and mattress. The shower is such low flow it takes a while to wash.

The room was clean and tidy, but very old and run down.
No one at reception, had to call a number.
Initially I was told they didn't have my booking, I left then, received a txt 10 minutes later asking when I was checking in.
Poorly run establishment, will never stay there again.
