"Had a lovely stay at the Commercial Hotel in Tarland. Brilliant base to visit Tarland Trails, food was great and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful! Would definitely go back for another visit any time."

"De accommodatie was heel fijn en zeer rustig gelegen in het bos. Voor sfeer en gezelligheid is het een 10 op 10. Het was een prettig verblijf voor 2 nachten en uitstekend gelegen ten opzichte van Ballatar en omgeving."

"Furniture in living room is extremely bad, there are no springs in sofas, sits very bad. Lots of cobwebs in cottage, large beetle found in a bed, frying pan needs replacing, dangerously old Teflon. Views are beautiful. No laundry in unit but available close by. Housekeeper very responsive."
