“La comunicación con el personal del hotel. Costaba mucho contactarles y no se comunicaban bien en Inglés o Español. Además en la descripción indica que disponen de parking cerca de las instalaciones, y era un parking privado de pago, a 10 minutos andando del hotel. Y para acceder al parking había que contactar con el hotel, y muchas veces no respondían. ”

“The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect for seeing all of Toulouse. Being right on the river, it was very easy to cross the famous bridge, and a quick walk to the Christmas market. Our host was very friendly and was able to provide us two keys which was ideal since I was with friends and we had slightly different schedules. ”
