Beautiful property. Rooms are large, well appointed and super clean. The grounds are perfectly maintained and stunning. There are no words for the elephant encounters. Washing, them, swimming with them, feeding them and having them come to your actual room for fruit are very special experiences. The staff are super helpful ,friendly and very knowledgeable .Dining is excellent . We’ll worth a visit and a stay at the lodge.

Always an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Great food. And of course the elephant experiences. The hotel had to react to the government disallowing elephant rides, and they added several new experiences. A few things such as the light switches, AC control etc. are a bit aged by now, but that doesn't take away from the overall top rating.

The Lodge and Elephant Park are incredible. Nigel employs over 700 Balinese staff, and they adore him and their workplace. You see happy staff, smiling and enjoying the company of the visitors, the Elephants so calm and happy, and so well looked after, and the grounds are stunning. Nigel clearly had a vision when he created the Elephant Park and saved the Sumatran Elephants, and it has grown and developed from there. Everything about the Lodge is exceptional. The landscape, the elephant interactions, the choice of food options, and the choice of accommodation options. Everywhere you look is a delightful vision of warmth, consideration and excellence.
