「Place is fine but the owner is one of the most rude people I've every spoken too - he was literally shouting out me and not listening. I book over 300 rooms per year, so have dealt with many hotel owners. Despite being a regular customer, he insisted on charging a late check in fee, even though he could not show me where this was mentioned at the time of booking. After promising to meet me to discuss, he sent a poor, junior staff member, knowing he would have to try and deal with this. Poor...

「The noise from the elevator is most Annoying.」

「We never EVER received a key code for the apartment, only for the entrance to the key room. After travelling for over 16 hours and no sleep for over 30 hours we did not appreciate the fact we could not access our apartment. After 3 hours another tourist also having trouble accessing their keys helped us calling as the 20 done phone calls I tried only got me to an answering service for Unik Vacations so no HELP at all. Very frustrating and would not recommend as you get absolutely no assistance...
