"No parking, you have to pay for parking per night which is crazy because why do i have to pay for parking at a hotel doesn’t make any sense its not like you’re paying valet… the staff are useless they tried charging me night before the trip and found it very weird so i locked my card by the time i get to the hotel to pay for it as i planned on by choosing the pay at hotel option it went from 791 to 1,540 the staff was so useless it’s crazy to me like how do you explain that… and their explanations were so horrible it made no sense so i have to take that up with expedia to get an answer and get my money back. Overall this stay was pretty bad i don’t know if its because its privately owned by someone but i have never had this type of issue with holiday inn and im truly hoping it never happens again…"
