「當天到達酒店的時間比預期時間晚了，但酒店職員很好，過程中發電郵保持聯絡，並有職員特意留下等候，為此表示欣賞和感謝！可是，酒店的地方較偏遠，而且辦理入住手續的位置與資料上的電話號碼位置不同，以致需要花上更多時間去尋找住處。酒店房間都很大，並設帶廚具，住客可以自行烹調，是此旅遊，租用了三間房間，每間房間的設備、間格不一，其中一間房間的環境較理想，可是另外兩間房間的環境則令人失望，同等的價錢，但未能享受同等的質素。除此之外，酒店還需另外收取暖氣費用（這是租借酒店時，沒有提及的）退房時，帶點混亂，直至回家才發現，酒店多收了錢，但畢竟已回家了，已無法再查詢或追討了T.T」

「We check-in an unclean room on time. Horrible and don’t understand why it’s happened.
How can they let a guest check-in before the room NOT clean.
Not friendly and helpful customer service.
Not going to choose this

「It felt like coming home to the countryside after being away for so long! This is our 2nd time staying here, and the owners welcomed us back like family - even came to pick us up at the train station, and made sure we had everything we needed- and more! We are a family of 5 with little kids, so we were looking for a spacious home, and this place has space to spare - didn’t even need to use the upstairs rooms.
