「Very friendly and helpful staff with a welcoming and flexible attitude (I didnt book breakfast as unsure of plans but they let me have it short notice on the morning twice, very helpful as orher local breakfast options are limited.). 「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay.
Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping.
Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」
