Corena's Place - walking distance to lake and town. Includes linen and wifi.

The distinctives about this holiday home over others, is its closeness to town (two streets over from Pak'nSave) and its large, flat, fenced section. This makes it ideal for two families to stay together and have plenty of parking on site for cars, boat, trailer, etc, as well as being safe for young children. Easy walk to town.

Three bedrooms inside the house and one bedroom outside in the 'sleep out'.

One shower and separate toilet inside house, and one shower and toilet in the outside bedroom/sleep out.

Please include information on your group, what brings you to Taupo and who will be with you.

Fully equipped kitchen and commonly used appliances supplied.

Special conditions:
Linen provided does not include sheets for travel cot.
No house cleaning or linen changes provided during your stay. Just like home - do your own if needed.
Cleaning fee for end of stay, extra. Please note the Service Fee on check out is not the cleaning fee. It is a booking fee charged by booking agent, who keep 100% of it.
No additional guests staying beyond those booked.
Check with owner if you want to bring camper van.
Definitely no parties of any kind, or smoking permitted on property.

Great holiday home. Fully appointed three bedroom house (plus sleepout). Everything you need and everything you would expect. Decks and BBQ were a bonus. Contact with the owners was quick.This is the second time I have stayed in this house. Great location - five minute walk to the supermarket and about seven minutes walk to bars and restaurants.Tons of parking.

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes for cooking . The shower was excellent with good water pressure and lots of hot water. The location was perfect for exploring the area. There was a grocery stir 1 block away and shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Corena was easy to contact and communicate with.. Close to central Taupo we loved this warm, comfortable family home. Everything you need is provided and plenty of room with 3 double rooms inside and a room outside. Only one bathroom inside but toilet with vanity in separate room to shower with vanity so does work. Another bathroom at back of outside room with separate outside access. We loved the cosy warmth from the logfire with plenty of firewood available. Would recommend this to larger family groups, its close to town but very quiet around at night.
