About this property

Relax in Acacia Bay

  • Large family home with lake view, all rooms of generous proportions, lots of parking. This home is situated in the heart of Acacia Bay, up a right-of-way. There are two boat ramps within 2 mins drive. Tennis court, kids playground and reserve through the back gate. Kids playground and reserve over the road. Kayak hire, good swimming spots, restaurant and cafe nearby. Small dogs only allowed, and only by prior approval. Two storied, master bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
    Great for families or work-related. Two upstairs bedrooms and landing open onto our lovely deck from where you can look across the bay to Mt Tauhara and the lights of the town at night.

Please load all rubbish into the black plastic bin in the garage. If this gets full there are more yellow rubbish bags in the kitchen. If you leave on a Sunday or Monday leave rubbish at the gate.
Please lock all doors and windows and make sure garage door is down. Leave from the front door and just pull it shut behind you.
Please check oven and elements are off, and heated towel rails in both bathrooms are off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
