Located on the lower level of a two story home, you have your own private entrance which leads to the very comfortable studio with a basic kitchenette and a BBQ available for cooking. Please note there is no oven or cooktop.

The bathroom offers a good size shower, vanity and toilet and shares with the laundry.
Upstairs is used occasionally by the homeowners so you might run into them from time to time. They are very respectful of guest space and privacy.
There is plenty of car parking on the driveway and the boat ramp is close by.
Access is for the downstairs flat only.
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveler the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
