Well facilited Villa with good lake view
We booked a 2-bedroom villa with lake view in mid December, 2017. Together with a sunny day, sitting at the terrace the view was awesome. The Villa was well facilated with kitchenette, utensils and a large size LCD TV. We really enjoyed our stay here in Taupo Debretts.

房間大, 整潔, 有廚房可煮食
位於希爾頓酒店隔離, 開車到商圈只需10分鐘左右, 有大型超市, 飲食購物頻方便,酒店整體硬件不錯, 房間大, 整潔, 有廚房可煮食, 有温泉, 但需另外收費, 可免費停車, 唯獨職員態度傲慢不友善帶有歧視, 可惜! 下次應該不會再入住了, 失望! 這是我到紐西蘭2星期唯一被歧視的地方

Even though there was a heat pump needed extra blankets as was quite chilly in the rooms, was noce and tidy though and loved the stay. Would definately be back.

Beautiful grounds, cool bounce pad. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the heating was off and no remote for heat pump woke up at 3am very cold

キャビンは広く、ベッドもキングスベッド１台とシングルベッド 2台。エアコンも快適だった。簡単な電気調理もでき、車でスーパーマーケットで買い物をして来て、夕飯を食べた。トイレとシャワーはキャビンの前のレストルームでしなくてはならないが、コードを入力して入るため、外部の人間が入れず、内部も清潔で安心できた。ただし、シャワーは一つだけしか温水が出ず、他の3つのシャワーは温水は出なかった。温水が出ることを確認してから入ったほうが良い。レンタカーを使っていたので、ここからタウポ湖観光をしたり、フカフォール(滝)やクレーター　オブ　ザ　ムーンの見学はしやすかった。

Nice spot amongst the foliage
Little house and surrounding foliage really nice. Convenient having shower/kitchen in room, view of lake with porch a nice addition. Espresso on-site a plus. The pools were pretty worn out compared to the pictures on the website and half the spot was in construction, so the overall spa experience was underwhelming, though the setting was nice.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly with half eaten lunch that we could only assume was left by the cleaner sitting on our couch, there was also a used towel and bandaid in our shower. The staff were helpful enough to upgrade us for the troubles however still a bit disappointing.

Our family loved the pools, spent most of our 4 days just playing in the pools and enjoying some family time. The Lakes Villa was well equipped to cater for our needs and the air-conditioning was amazing on the warm nights. We will be making this our family vacation spot from now on!

Unit itself was in good condition and clean. Disabled shower did flood bathroom though. Thermal pools a little dated and only small discount for being half closed for renovation. Main disappointment was staff not contacting me to let me know a couple of shirts were left behind. It took me afew days to work out hey were missing and even then my emails were never responded to. Nearly a week went before I eventually called them and they said yes they had shirts. But they could have contacted me the day we checked out and they found them. Mailing process is difficult especially when our accommodation address keeps changing as we travel.

I loved the room setup and the yard oustide for the kids. We didnt have any dishwashing powder or liquid, we had a plunger but no plunger coffee and it wasn't very clean when we checked in. It was an awesome property though and will definitely return but perhaps with our own coffee and dishwashing materials.

Loved the location and hot pools.. really enjoyed our stay.. Felt kitchen appliances need an upgrade.. small things like a pair of scissors, can opener that works, vegetable knife and replace chipped crockery..Staff were lovely and friendly
