Perfect place at the Mount!
Our studio accommodation under our Hosts’ beautiful home was quiet, spotless, warm and comfy. Parking was outside the door. It was close to the supermarket and the Mount shops and cafes. Just perfect, thank you.

It was a great stay. High quality accommodation, quiet back section, easy walk to beach and 30m walk to the Mount for dining. Supermarket and Bayfair close by.

Sue & Dave were a lovely couple and were very easy to host for the week. They were very respectful, considerate and left the studio clean and tidy. Would definitely host them again given the opportunity.

Perfectly presented and maintained self-contained unit, a few minutes from the beach, the main shops and the wonderful Tay Street Beach Cafe. Warm friendly hosts, helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

The property was comfortable and in a good location. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom/shower. There was no SKY so if you wanted to watch lots of TV that wouldn’t work but the weather was fantastic so didn’t miss the TV.

This property was perfect for my daughter and I. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Matt was friendly and helpful and came to check we were settled in. Mt Maunganui is a stunning destination and we will certainly return in the near future!

Month Long VRBO Stay Mount Maunganui
Matt and Shelly, were very gracious to host us again at their home. Last time we rented for over a year at the old house that used to exist at this location; but this time we stayed for one month at the beautiful new home/ VRBO rental. The communication was easy. The location is great for walking or biking to the beach or shops and I took the bus several times that is only two blocks away. We returned after Covid lockdowns to sell all our belongs via Trade me that were in storage . It was a challenge fitting all our boxes & suitcases in the room but we made it work. Thanks for putting up with us using the room as storage/living while we worked tirelessly to sell or donate everything. Laurie & Todd

I would recommend that everyone should consider this property. Matt and Shelley are wonderful and will do anything for you. The Studio has everything, a comfortable bed, large shower room kitchenette. It's nicely decorated.

Mt Maunganui 2-day get-away
The unit was modern and clean with all the facilities we needed. The location was ideal for us as my partner was attending a yoga training course nearby and it was also close to the beach, shops and restaurants (had my best steak meal ever at nearby Fyfe Lane restaurant). Shelley was hospitable, greeting us on arrival. Otherwise, you weren't aware of the owners during the stay which was fine.. I'd definitely stay there again

Fantastic, well presented and quiet property which is handily located with easy access to Mt Maunganui, Papamoa and Tauramga. The only thing that would've been nice to have is a small table for eating at. Other than that, lovely property and would definitely go back!!!

Modern - Near New Studio Ideal for a couple any age -Centrally located in the Mount
level & easy access /Wi Fi / comfortable bed / Walk in Shower & spacious bathroom / under bench fridge/ Dishwasher & Microwave / Toaster & H/W Jug / Heat Pump if needed / Quality furnishings , carpet and tile - what more could you ask for in a studio Diane and John Fell

John and Dianne were the perfect guests. They had an extended stay of two weeks and were no trouble at all. Adhered to house rules and left the studio very tidy. Would be happy to host John and Dianne again.

Beautifully detailed unit in a great location
Within walking distance from the Mount is this fabulous accommodation. Very spacious and modern unit with a lovely big bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. Matt was a lovely host. We would definitely stay there again.
