This property is truely fantastic. I loved all the little touches and thoughtful presentation of the property to the visitor. It felt like a home away from home. Very very clean and the bed very comfortable. You get great views and there is everything at your doorstep. It is even better then the photos which is rare these days. You can make your own meals while on holiday if you wish as the kitchen doesn’t lack for anything. Nice outdoor space to rest. 10/10

Everything was very easy from checking in to instructions on how to leave the property, the space was amazing and the location is awesome as well! The apartment was extremely tidy, all the amenities needed were there and also a very helpful folder with different things to do and places to eat around the area. If we could rate our stay 10 stars we would!

We stayed here 3 nights and found the apartment clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Mount Maunganui. We could walk to either beach and to the shopping area.

I loved how close this was to the Mount and beach, I enjoyed a couple of walks, one up the Mount and one around it. Absolutely amazing. The apartment was great. There is construction happening across the road from the room which was a bit noisy early Friday morning. Would def recommend and hope to stay longer to enjoy all there is.

Great location, great space!
This property was a real treat, located just opposite Mount maunganui itself, and across from the hot pools. It's mere steps from the main beach at Mount maunganui and in the other direction less than a few minutes walk to the quiet Pilot Bay side. The groom was spacious with a very ample kitchen, and is kept in super clean condition. We Will absolutely rent this place again! It was priced much less than other accommodations nearby, so a lot of value for what you get. It was easy to speak to the owner when we had a quick question and we really appreciated the security of the place as well as the availability to park our car there.

I had not rented an apartment through Vrbo before and I was slightly apprehensive beforehand about the arrival process to gets keys etc. Need not have worried - the instructions were clear and everything was as described in the apartment. Great location as well.

Awesome Place
Very clean, well setup with a couple of nice touches throughout that you would not normally expect, was a little cold the first night and if you plan on using the sofa bed I would bring extra padding, that said absolutely lovely place in a great location.

We visit Mt Maunganui several times a year, and this was our first time in this apartment. It was as shown, and we loved it. Perfect as a base for the area, and hugely convenient. Check in was easy, and we would rate it as the best value apartment we have rented in Mt M .

Was very convenient to book the same apartment our son and daughter in law had, at the end of their stay, as we could hand over their children and their luggage without any hassles. My husband and I were then able to stay a couple more days.

Ultimate location
The most amazing central location - couldn’t ask for better. We got upgraded to one bedroom which was a surprise and appreciated. The apartment is clean and tidy and has everything you need. Would loved to have stayed longer and will be back for sure. Easy check-in process and car parking was convenient.

Right at the mountain!
Amazing little studio right at the base of the mountain. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking to shops, cafés, bars. Would love to stay again the next time we're in NZ!
