Excellent Location for the Mount Track

Our stay was for hiking and swimming. This was the perfect location for us. The unit itself was quiet, clean, and the management was responsive to our questions. We did not have a car so it was about a 3km walk to the market and 1km to the restaurants. Perfect for our stay.

WOW—Absolute Perfection!If I could give this place more than five stars, I would! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views, the impeccable cleanliness, and the luxurious amenities that made our stay unforgettable.The location couldn’t be better—right by Main Beach, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and scenic walks up Mount Maunganui. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was pure bliss.The property itself is beautifully designed, with high-end furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and a heated pool that felt like a private oasis. The on-site gym was a fantastic bonus, and we loved having such easy access to everything while still feeling like we were in our own peaceful retreat.Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this place has it all. We can’t wait to come back—absolutely the best stay in Mount Maunganui!

Great location/view

So walking into the room, you get a great view and can see the bay as well as the ocean ... oh, and the mountain. In some ways, it feels like you're in a fishbowl where everyone can look in ... but, hey, just close the blinds if that's a problem for you. We left them open all the time because it let all the sun in. A great deck to chill out on as well. Convenience store around the corner and "the town" is a short walk. Also, the unit, itself, is VERY well done. This was our 4th of 6 weeks of travel and this was the best unit we stayed in. Well furnished if you want to cook - i.e. sharp knives, good pots/pans (not the cheap ones you often see in rentals,) all the right utensils and so on. The kitchen was VERY well outfitted. Not sure if I will ever get back here but I would stay here (in this one specific unit) for all those reasons.

Great place and location but strange rules!! We were told a rule not published before booking is that the clothes rack to dry clothes could not be placed on the large outdoor balcony, stupid and unreasonable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was close to everything. Would stay again.

Had a great stay. Property manager was very flexible. We booked short notice and she just made it all fit. Built in heating wasn't working in one of the rooms. However, a heater had been provided for comfort. Other then that. Great place to stay, great service and beautiful space to share for a relaxing enjoyable experience. Views were very pretty to wake up to.

Fabulous apartment

Book in and check out process was easy. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The master bedroom TV and waste disposal weren’t working but property manager was quick to fix the waste disposal. Would stay again.

A bit of luxury by the Bay

A beautiful, very clean, very comfortable apartment in a great location. Shame we had to leave a day early due to lockdown, but look forward to returning sometime soon.

Perfect at the Mount

What you see is what you get. The property is lovely. Location was great. So close to Mt Maunganui and easy walk to shops and restaurants. The property managers were brilliant. We had a family emergency and ended up going up a day late and arrived late at night. They were able to move our booking and met us when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you team.

Lovely Mount spot

Great location, we really enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, we didn't need to use our car and was able to walk to all the places we wanted to go

This is a stunning 5th floor apartment in a great location for the beach and just a short walk to the Main Street with restaurants and bars. There are a few other restaurants next to the Mount so this really is an ideal spot. We used the swimming pool and really can't fault the apartment. We left our hire car in the basement car park and walked everywhere we needed to go. Thanks for a luxurious stay.
