The room we stayed in was very noisy due to construction site right outside of our room, we booked for 2 nights ended up just staying for one. Staff were friendly, room was ok. Location was great though right near the waterfront.

The room was large with a large spacious bathroom. The room was on the ground floor and overlooking the street which made you feel looked in to. Some sort of blind or lace curtain would give a bit more privacy. The option for underground parking was great. It had everything we needed and was very warm. There was building work going on on the building next door however we did not hear anything and it did not disturb us at all.

Property is situated great for the show we attended. However, we had some issues with the room. The main one was an insecure door that was eventually attended to. The room was a good size but starting to show its age - some lights not working, bathroom sink not holding water.

Parking is extra and 4 levels below ground. On street parking is pay from 8am to 5pm weekdays. There is a building site beside the apartment which is noisy during the day. The windows in our unit looked into the new building Staff were good. Housekeeping a bit lax.

It was good. Appreciated the house keeper, he was approachable and kind. However if you decide to book, be aware that parking doesnt come with booking, you would spend a few hours or two looking for car parking space which was a nuisance but everything else was okay.

This was my first stay at the property. My partner, our one-year-old daughter, and I were placed in Room 013 on the ground floor for one night. Unfortunately, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The shower pressure was very weak, there was visible dirt around the bathtub, and the jet function was unavailable for use. More concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom, particularly the toilet area. It was not presented to the standard I would expect from a hotel, and we felt the need to flush and clean parts of it ourselves before using it. We also have video evidence showing the condition of the bathroom when we arrived. Aside from this, the rest of the room was reasonable for a one-night stay. The bed was comfortable and the basic amenities were available. However, cleanliness is especially important to us when travelling with a one-year-old child. Because of the bathroom condition and maintenance concerns, I would be hesitant to stay here again unless improvements are made to housekeeping and room inspections.

Studio room was much larger than expected so that was great. Clean. Only downfall was that the shower over bath did not drain properly. Otherwise great value. Would absolutely stay again.
