“Accurate listing. Property inside is very nice however amenities are minimal. No spare towels or kitchen towels. Also, water pressure in guest restroom is very low and thr water temperature fluctuates to extremes. Goes from hot shower to very cold without adjusting. Overall, nice for a quick weekend.”

“Everything was as described and even better. Dock was beautiful, kitchen was totally stocked (even had some spices for use) and the location was perfect. We have family in Ocala, so this was just 30 minutes from downtown, about 20 minutes from Silver Springs for kayaking with the manatees, and not too far from the highway. Communication was great, place was easy to access, and would definitely stay there again.”

“One of my brothers called us The Magnificent Seven (7 of 9 living siblings gathering for a weekend in Florida-we once were 15). We came from Dallas, Houston, Nashville and Florida (Mount Dora, Eustis, Lady Lake and Sun City Center). While not all of us slept at the house we all did gather for a large cookout, swimming and reminiscing. This house is a most beautiful and spacious space in a perfect location for us. It has a very well-stocked kitchen and it was a dream in which to cook and prepare……

“The house was very roomy, extremely clean, and everything you could think of for a home away from home. We use VRBO often and some places are scantly supplied. This house had an abundance of everything! Beautiful neighborhood, quiet, and we loved the wildlife of FL. Id give it 10 out of 10! Also we were there for a motorcycle rally, and plenty of parking for bikes, trailer, and our truck. Thanks! Will definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay…it was our first time in Mt Dora and the Pink House was in the perfect location! Steve had given us some restaurant recommendations and they didn’t disappoint! The house was extremely clean and comfortable…we hope to stay again in the near future.”

“This sweet little yellow house is surrounded by native flowers and plants. Not to mention the bird feeders. This touched my heart I also love birds. The home itself is lovely the pictures don’t do it justice. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the host are wonderful.”

“House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes……

“The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Lots of hot water. There is a bath and a half which was very convenient. The only negative I could think about would be there is no burner in the house to use. I like to have eggs in the morning and I couldn’t do that. There is an air fryer however and a microwave. There was lots of room in the home. And two seating areas for watching TV. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.”
