“Very clean and updated rooms. Very quiet, but likely due to the cooperation of other considerate guests. My room was in their "annex." It is on the same block on the northeast corner of the block while the main entry address is on the southwest corner of the block. Not very hard to figure out. Conveniently across the street from the train station.”

“Exactly as described and in a great location. My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I didn’t make use of the communal areas but they were all really clean and quiet. Saw lots of reviews about external noise, but I didn’t hear any at all (Sunday to Wednesday)”

“The property is attractive and generally comfortable. Sadly I did see a cockroach in my bathroom, which scared me and stopped me sleeping for a night. I did message a maintenance man who was very friendly and laid some insect powder and emptied the bin the next morning. Also the shower flooded after 2 mins of use so I had to remove the plug whilst I used it and put it back afterwards as I think the cockroach may have come from the drain. The bedframe was broken and the mattress was a bit……

“Absolute gem. The bed was so comfortable, and I have a bad back so this was such a relief! We stayed in the Barn room which was so spacious! We had our own bathroom, foyer with a desk and drawers, as well as a bedroom. I would definitely recommend booking this room over the others if you have a lot of luggage as the foyer would be great for that. We were also so delighted to meet Rally, the old dog in the courtyard! Although we didn't have our dog with us, I was so pleased to see that they……

“This property is located in walking distance from Faro’s good restaurants and water shore. UBER is available to airport. As an older adult 82- I would have liked more info on arranging how to get out, where restaurants were…Just someone to talk to on site. But the place is nice n sunny.”

“Great small boutique hotel that was perfect for an overnight in Faro before catching our flight home the next morning. Very nice room, with modern decor and excellent shower and toiletries. Lovely pool and loungers and comfortable lounge. Appreciated the welcome drink and the ability to get snacks and small meals. Very friendly, helpful staff and excellent breakfast . Walkable to the airport. We look forward to staying there again.”
