Inside, spacious rooms welcome you with plentiful facilities, whilst the generous outside terraces invite you to relax. Here you can dine alfresco or take a leisurely swim in the large, sparkling swimming pool with only birdsong to disturb you. A short drive to Tavira town with shops, restaurants and its fabulous beach island.



    The villa sits majestically overlooking its kingdom, boasting a magnificent pool where children can splash about all day, and adults can enjoy an early morning or evening swim. You cannot fail to admire the surroundings, whilst inhaling the fresh countryside air, complemented by sunrises and sunsets that are a joy to admire in this truly magical location. Here you can maintain your privacy whilst not being completely isolated, as other villas are dotted around the nearby vicinity.



    OUTSIDE SPACE - The outside terraces and gardens at Casa dos Bon Ares create the perfect haven. The panoramic views are astonishing, embraced by a garden filled with an abundance of trees, wildflowers and nature at its best. The ambience and fragrances in the air are simply magical and here, you can really unwind. Each morning you will hear nothing more than birdsong! An arched terrace runs the length of the villa, accompanied by a dining table tucked around the corner, seeking respite from the hot summer sun and providing a lovely position for al fresco dining with the gas BBQ.



    INTERIOR - The villa interior, whilst simple and understated, offers the essential ingredients to ensure a relaxing holiday. From the villa entrance located at the rear, the 2 ground floor bedrooms flank each side of the hallway sharing a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Take the internal staircase to the first floor to reach the master bedroom suite with a private bathroom - and where the balcony tenders a secret external staircase leading directly to the pool! For sure, one of the most endearing aspects of this villa are the private balconies that feature in every bedroom ensuring gorgeous views for a perfect morning awakening. (Combination of 3 Bedrooms - accommodating 4 guests in total).

    On the lower ground floor a combined sitting and dining room overlook the swimming pool, with an adjoining kitchen, perfectly equipped for home catering.



    This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The villa design is on 3 levels with several internal staircases, and 1 outside staircase to the pool. There is ample space to park in the villa grounds.
