Happy holiday

Jan 25 stay.

We stayed at Casa Magaída for about 7 weeks from mid Jan25. The description of the accomodation on the VRBO website is very accurate. We were welcomed by Paulo and Luisa on arrival and the facilities were demonstrated to us.The cleanliness of the property was exceptional and cleaning and linen change are weekly.The roof terrace is a relaxing space and lovely on a sunny day.There is secure parking at the rear of the house and Tavira is a 10 minute drive away.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au calme dans un logement super équipé dans un environnement très agréable. C'est la première fois que l'on nous fait le ménage et que l'on nous change draps et linge en 18ans de location chez Abritel et AirbnB. Très belle maison pour passer de bonnes vacances

Accueil très chaleureux des hôtes paulo et luisa,maison bien équipée avec un petit coups de cœur pour la terrasse sur le toit équipée d'une douche pour se rafraîchir pendant le bain de soleil et situé non loin de la ria formosa( à pieds en 10min),dans un village typique portugais où le calme règne en maître,loin de la foule touristique des grandes villes,nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec nôtre ami à quatre pattes. Toute la famille vous en remercie paulo et luisa et vous dis à très bientôt😃

De très bonnes Vacances

Nous avons eu un accueil remarquable et chaleureux des propriétaires que nous remercions encore. Endroit très calme, une belle et grande terrasse au dessus très bien aménagée qui en fait un véritable oasis. La maison est spacieuse, joliment décorée, a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances confortables. Elle est très bien équipée. Le ménage est fait une fois par semaine: nettoyage de toute la maison, changement du linge de maison et de la literie ce qui est fort agréable. La Ria Formosa est accessible en 10 minutes à pied par une route goudronnée. A proximité, il y a un excellent restaurant traditionnel. En revanche, Il est très difficile de se passer d'un moyen de locomotion. Manuela

Ruhige Lage und viel Platz

Das Ferienhaus an der Ria Formosa überzeugte mit viel Platz und einer tollen Dachterasse. Die Ria Formosa war in 5 Minuten zu Fuß über ein asphaltierte Straße zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst lag direkt am Wander-/Radweg "Costa Atlantico", der vom Cap San Vincent nach Vila Real de San Antonio führt und über den man auch Pedras del Rei oder Santa Luzia oder auch die Bahnstation Luz de Tavira erreichen kann. Die Ausstattung war vollständig für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wöchentlich wurde eine Reinigung und ein Wäschewechsel durchgeführt. Das Haus mit seiner ruhigen, ländlichen Lage bleibt auf unserem Merkzettel für den nächsten Aufenthalt an der Algarve. Unser Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einfach und er war außerordentlich hilfsbereit. The holiday home on the Ria Formosa convinced with lots of space and a great roof terrace. The Ria Formosa could be reached in 5 minutes on foot via a paved road. The house itself was directly on the "Costa Atlantico" hiking/biking trail, which leads from Cap San Vincent to Vila Real de San Antonio and via which you can also reach Pedras del Rei or Santa Luzia or the Luz de Tavira train station. The equipment was complete for a comfortable stay. A cleaning and a change of linen was carried out weekly. The house with its quiet, rural location will remain on our wish list for our next stay in the Algarve. Our contact with the landlord was easy and he was extremely helpful.

Desconectar del mundo urbano

Es un alojamiento con buena relación calidad precio. Ubicado en zona rural, generalmente tranquilo, apartado de las zonas más turísticas y a la vez con acceso rápido para desplazarse por el Algarve oriental y cerca de la ría Formosa y de sus maravillosas playas. La casa tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar para unas vacaciones cómodas, está muy bien equipada, muy limpia y un excelente servicio de limpieza, como en ningún sitio rural de los que conozco hasta ahora, que no son pocos, pasan una vez por semana limpian toda la casa, cambian ropa de cama, toallas y cocina. Los detalles de bienvenida, son únicos, kit de cocina, comedor, baño y para limpieza; es de agradecer el no tener que salir a comprar de todo nada más llegar.

Relaxing stay

Very quiet place, nice and large terrace on top, large dining/living room, equipped kitchen, everything what you need is there. In 20 min by foot you are at the train station, in Luz de Tavira for basic shopping (or to have a beer) or at the beach restaurant. Would stay there again.

prix assez élevé par rapport aux prestations du logement

Le couchage des deux chambres est moyen La climatisation bien que présente dans les deux chambres est inexistante dans les lieux de vie et par grosses chaleurs il est difficile de rester dans la salle a manger et la cuisine. il n y a plus aucune aération dans la salle de bains.
