Wir sind drei Stunden nach Ankunft wieder aus der Villa ausgezogen und in das nächste Hotel eingecheckt weil das Haus vor unser Ankunft nicht auf eine akzeptable Temperatur heruntergekühlt wurde und nach drei Stunden immer noch 30 Grad im ganzen Haus waren. Die AirCon funktionierte nicht und die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war hilflos.
