「Really liked this hotel. The customer service was beautiful. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel which such good customer service, and I stay in a lot of hotels. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice ambience in the bar area and a lovely spa. Excellent hotel gym. 」

「Professional friendly staff. Pool, steam room and sauna were beautiful. The grounds are amazing. I was unlucky with the guest in the neighbouring room who began loud conference calls at 9am meaning that I checked out early. Pity. 」

They were working with skeleton staff and everyone came down to eat at the same time, however, she did a fantastic job … well done Olivia!」

「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」
