Absolutely professional service by all the staff especially front desk when we ran into some booking errors (on our end) which was resolved quickly. The views are beautiful. Little walk with the road and you can enjoy a little gondola ride down the mountain. Super cute. Can’t wait to go back.

Es una bella habitación muy confortable. Las almuadas y sábanas cómodas. El personal es muy amable y atenta a todo lo que necesitamos. La alberca súper agradable con el jacuzzi templado, la tabla de quesos súper deliciosa. La vista de Taxco increíble.

El hotel es hermoso y pequeño, con solo 9 habitaciones. Si tienen suerte, los atenderá Omar, quien hace todo por mejorar la experiencia. Si no, les tocará Esmeralda, cuya actitud es arrogante, o tal vez así le piden que trate a los huéspedes, porque la gerente jamás dio la cara. El mantenimiento deja mucho que desear: lámparas sueltas, agua amarilla en el jacuzzi y alfombras desgastadas. La comida es decepcionante y carísima; incluso me salió un pedazo de fibra metálica en un platillo, y ni una disculpa. Además, los precios del alcohol son ridículos: un vino de $150 lo venden en más de $1,000. El servicio es soberbio, nunca aceptan errores y no se preocupan por la experiencia del huésped. Nos fuimos un día antes y ni siquiera preguntaron por qué. La respuesta a nuestras quejas fue un mensaje genérico sin disculpas, reflejando la falta de interés en mejorar. Las instalaciones valen la pena, pero el servicio y los costos no justifican la experiencia. La alberca es fría porque no tiene caldera, y el jacuzzi funcionó solo un día. Como siempre digo: vayan y juzguen por ustedes mismos. La vista es increíble, pero todo lo demás deja mucho que desear.

El lugar es muy lindo y el personal es increíblemente amable y servicial. El mantenimiento del hotel deja algo que desear. No hay conector de luz en el tocador del baño y el techo del jacuzzi estaba resanado sin pintar, no lo que se espera de un lugar spa boutique. Otro asunto es que se quedó abierta la llave del jacuzzi y el agua que se salió del jacuzzi por la coladera les acabó inundando toda la cocina por lo que me cobraron una multa por mal uso de instalaciones. Entiendo el error de nuestra parte pero la coladera debería funcionar, las filtraciones a la cocina no son mi problema. Y por otro lado alguien podría haber avisado antes de que se hiciera un caos. Aun así pagué sin protestar por que me dio pena que el hotel estaba vacío. Finalmente, si estaban vacíos sin reservaciones, un upgrade a la habitación siguiente superior hubiera sido un detalle muy apreciado. Así hacen en la mayoría de los lugares y eso genera lealtad. Lo mejor de este lugar fue la gente. Todos increíble actitud.

La pasé muy bien durante mi estancia. El personal es muy atento y servicial. La comida es buena (leí comentarios que no, pero sí es buena). La habitación muy limpia. ¡La vista es preciosa! Vale la pena hospedarse aquí, estás a unos 15 minutos del centro en auto/taxi. Si llegas en auto, recomiendo que primero llegues al hotel y luego te desplaces en taxi, no es caro y es más cómodo, porque las calles del centro son muy estrechas y empedradas, si no conoces resulta un poco complicado si manejas. Sin duda regresaré :)

Ya es nuestra 3er vez que vamos a éste hotel. Es excelente, las habitaciones son hermosas, la decoración es moderna, el olor de las habitaciones, toallas y sabanas es muy agradable. La vista de la Suite Vista es inmejorable, en las tardes con lluvia se ve hermoso y la neblina te cubre y en dias de Sol se disfuta el Sol en los camastros o en las sillas/sillones de la Terraza.
