“入住順利，房東也會即時解決問題，除了客浴的馬桶噴水會一直漏水，其他都很好，有廚房洗衣機可以使用，樓下也有1家便利商店，旁邊就是地標81,飲食購物，都很便利，我們在那住了5天，感覺很舒適！”

“The room was very clean, no bad smell. Though the picture on the post looked more spacious, the room was really perfect for me. Most importantly, the cotton bed sheet was soft and very clean that I had deep sleep.”

“ I am so UNHAPPY with this service. They cancelled our booking the day we landed from london to Ho Chi Minh due to the air con not working even though they had other rooms available on their site. Customer service was also so bad and not responsive and we had no place to go when we landed due to the poor communication even though we booked this over 6 months ago. We had to pay almost double the price for another hotel on the day. I’m honestly appalled with this service and don’t recommend this……

“I couldn’t contact the property’s customer service to check in, sent multiple messages without response, tried to call the phone line multiple times and the line said it was disconnected. Even expedia’s customer service couldn’t get a hold of the hotel’s front desk either. Beware this hotel is a scam. I was literally sitting at a coffee shop in the middle of the night, with my luggages, waiting for them to call me back/ response to my messages for me to check in without success. I had to wait……
