"The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many sites within short walking distance as well as tons of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, coffee shops, gift shops, etc. In addition to the regular sidewalks on both sides, the street also has a very wide section in the middle which is dedicated to pedestrians only which makes walking up and down easy and also allows for some great photo opts.
The hotel itself is incredibly clean and very well-maintained. Also, when I arrived it was during a busy time of the day and it only took me a little over 30 minutes to get there from the airport (which was totally fine because it was great to look out the window of the car and take in the sites of the beautiful city as we drove through the city streets to get there). When I left it was early in the morning so not many cars or motorbikes on the road at all and the ride to the airport was only about 15 minutes.
The most important part, every single employee was extremely helpful and hospitable and went above and beyond expectations in every sense. The few times we needed something for the room (i.e. a fresh towel, etc.), it seemed to be up there before we were! The front desk and lobby employees were always smiling and helping with our questions. The bar staff were so friendly and engaging. There was a feeling like all the employees there actually wanted to be there to help.
I recommend this hotel to everyone and will be staying here the next time I visit HCMC!"
