Completely renovated in 2021, with modern amenities, Casa Blanca is located on a small closed lake between the picturesque historic towns of Westport and Perth, Ontario.

With 185 feet of private waterfront, this property is perfect for families and guests with mobility impairment.

With 185 feet of private waterfront, this large accessible property is well suited for families.

Accessible highlights of the property include ramps to the front door, eating area, deck and to the lake, 3 main floor bedrooms, large kid's sleeping loft, barrier free living areas, widened doorways, accessible kitchen, main bathroom with roll-in shower and second accessible powder room.

Relax by the water, go for a swim, play some games, roast marshmallows by the fire, head into town to visit the sites, there is plenty to do, or not do. Enjoy the simplicity of cottage living.

Another amazing vacation 🌟🌟🌟!!!!

This is our second time back to Casa Blanca & it did not disappoint!!! The cottage is beautiful - spacious, cozy, open, clean - with great views of the lake from every room. Everything is labeled - in the closets & kitchen - which I appreciate! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals every night. The area by the water is perfect - great access to the lake & so peaceful & relaxing!!! Also we loved using the kayaks & paddle boards. Plan on returning.next year ❤️!

Picturesque accessible family getaway

They thought of everything. Not only beautiful but accessible for myself- power chair user, a family with two little ones and a family friend. Perfect for any family that: - has mixed abilities (mobility issues but can navigate alone or has assistance) - active parents, amazing place for kids to explore outside with parental supervision. And even games and toys for rainy days inside. - want a quiet oasis to see the wilderness with the comforts of modern home. There are many beautiful birds, water snakes, turtles, dragon flies, bumblebees all around. But never bothered. Like a mini ecosystem. accessibility available: -,manual hoyer lift - water chair to get into lake - beds are low, but bed risers available to heighten if needed - well designed washrooms- main washroom has roll-in shower with no lip, toilets are raised and have grab bars, and shower chair available. - front entrance is barrier free. New ramp added to patio sliding door to deck. Note: patio door is average width, so my power chair 27” fit but wider chairs are unlikely to fit. - everything is labeled for easy use and a welcome binder explains where to find things and how to use them. - well stocked! You will need to bring your groceries and some toiletries, but they have thought of everything. Because they are scent and chemical conscious, they supply non-scented soaps and detergents that are safe for lake filtrations. AND even had supply of distilled water for medical devices like cpap or bipap.

Absolutely gorgeous property!!!

This property was just perfect! Amazing living space, good size bedrooms, awesome outdoor space! I could go on! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (we cooked dinner every night). Not having to buy water in town (we were able to drink the water from the fridge) was a huge plus! It was very convenient to have a washer & dryer as well. I loved that the cottage and lakefront was accessible (though we didn’t utilize that feature) and also loved the products (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, cleaning products) were from The Unscented Company. Communication with the owner was great - she was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Already looking to plan our stay for 2024!!!
