「Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt.
There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard.
His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop!
The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...

「My stay was absolutely amazing! Rachel was quick to respond to my messages/questions and she was always so pleasant. This was probably the best rental experience and renter interaction I've ever had! I loved the attention to detail and the added measures to go above and beyond what most rentals do. Rachel truly did everything to make sure I felt right at home and I appreciated her checking in throughout my long stay. The house itself was great, I loved the decor. It was very clean and had all...
