“We booked this beautiful cottage as a last minute, extended stay. It was extremely clean, well decorated, and felt like home. It is a vert short walk to the park with a great outdoor area, including pickleball courts. Everywhere in the neighborhood are areas with incredible views, but one of our favorites was right off the back deck! Our host was incredibly kind and helpful. If you are thinking of booking this house, just do it!”

“I didn't know where to begin. This house was more than we could have asked for. So picturesque as we were lakeside and the house was so cozy. Very spacious and nice layout for our group of eight. Everyone had their own space. Beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. It was so nice to be able to cook one or two meals at home in a fully stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay a little outside of Charlotte. It's in a secluded, quiet area about 45……

“We loved staying at this property. The kids have already asked to come back sometime during the summer. My siblings and I all grew up in Hickory. My Mom is still there. My brother came to stay with my Mom for a few days. My husband and I and our 6 children rented this place so that we could be close while my brother was in Hickory. “My wife and I planned a short trip just to relax and have a nice place to ride our boat. This home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. We had everything that we could have possibly needed. Lake Norman is a nice place to take a boat ride. Shopping options are endless. This was a very “refreshing “ atmosphere that we needed!!”

“Simply charming house. Very clean. The owners provided all the starter items as well as snacks and bottled water. Notified owner we would be arriving late at night and they left lights on in the house for us which was much appreciated. There is a lot of road noise so if this might be an issue for your group you might think about bringing earplugs. Overall it’s a charming house.”

“This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well.
