“This home and property is Beautiful and peaceful. My 83 yr old father and i booked it as it is near family we flew in to visit. WOW! Granddaughter loved the loft but I Would have stayed in that king sized bed forever! It was like sleeping on a cloud of comfort for my tired body! The house had everything we wanted or needed and we were able to relax and celebrate a few birthday on the deck and fireside. Be prepared for the stairs... other than that ENJOY!”

“This house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Laurel. It is just a tad too far for walking distance to downtown Laurel, but only a 5-6 minute drive and parking was never a problem downtown. Once we parked, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Don't forget to go by Laurel's museum Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. Just don't plan to shop after 5:00 pm or eat a late supper. Evenings can be spent walking the charming neighborhoods or……

“This is exactly what we needed! My Husband and I LOVE coming to this cabin. This was our second trip here and we loved it even more this time than last! The cabin inside is BEAUTIFUL! The entire place is very comfortable from the mattresses to the living room furniture! Even the outdoor furniture is comfortable, I love sitting out on the porch in the morning, taking in all of the sights and sounds of the lake! We enjoyed hiking the trail to the river, that was awesome! We didn’t see as much wild……

“The property and house were very nice. I forwarded the question to Myra who was my partner for the visit. She will give a woman's point of view. The house was well laid out, easy to get around, good kitchen and bathrooms. The TV area was very comfortable, but there was not one business channel I could find in all those channels. But, what the heck we were on vacation. It was nice for you to set up an area to use your lap top in the laundry room, But, alas it appears to be not so good for use……

“We could not have enjoyed our stay more… other than if we had stayed longer. The host has thought of so many extra touches, even a Green Egg grill… which we used to grill steaks and eat in one night while admiring the pond and scenery. He even left my husband some fishing worms and fishing poles. If you choose this cottage, you should not be disappointed.”
