“The property sits perfectly tucked in the mountains. Wonderful scenery, we saw bald eagles perched enjoying morning coffee. The river being so close to the house makes for a very calming atmosphere. I would absolutely visit this property again.”

“This was the perfect place for me and my family. The accommodations were as described and the peace and serenity of the view and critters were an added bonus. We enjoyed playing board games and enjoying one anothers company. The only negative was no wifi password was available, but that lent itself well to more family time, so not a major issue and possibly something I overlooked. We loved it and look forward to the next visit!”

“This cabin is very clean and comfortable. We especially liked all the outdoor seating areas, from the chairs by the river to the upper deck with gas fireplace! Ryan was very prompt in responding to all of my questions and comments.”

“Things I liked about the property: Convenient location to many great fishing location, house old but very clean, quiet, plenty of parking, nice fridge/freezer and kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Things I wish were better: furniture not comfortable, bed pillows were clean but not comfy, small bathroom, toilet worked but low water pressure. Would stay again and better than a hotel.”

“Our family stayed in this historic property for a celebration of life of family members who passed away recently. The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The fire pit was enjoyed by all for s'mores and storytelling. We loved walking into town for coffee in the……

“I was very pleased with the cleanliness. That my dogs were welcome was a great plus So much better than a hotel I was able to cook for my college student that’s been missing home cooking. We had a fabulous stay. We will absolutely stay again at some point.”

“We had a wonderful time in this home! The host are amazing, they communicated everything perfectly! They are very sweet people. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide a few more basics for the future stays. When we got there there was only one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms.. there was only a quarter roll of paper towels in the kitchen and provided minimal basics for the kitchen. (I would suggest more pots and pans - some type of filtered water system- and also unexpired……

“There was some confusion over reservation but host took care if it. Problem with water but host was getting it taken care of. Location was nice. Very steep dirt grassy driveway. Rain and snow could make it difficult if not impossible to to get up. No check in or check out instructions. No large garbage can outside. With all yhis said the host did all he could do to make sure we had what we needed.”

“Property was very nice a little hairy going between the trees with a large vehicle. No handicap access. Cabin contains most of what’s needed. Some luxuries were missing as such as a table and chairs. Bring your own blankets none are furnished. Located close to town. Had a little problem with Vrbo sending us the incorrect house key numbers but we got to talk to the manager Matthew and he’s very helpful and understanding. We enjoyed our stay and the fall foliage was beautiful. Stayed three days.”
