Berbat bir otelde girerken havlu vermeyip çıkış saatimizde odaya gelip havlular nerde diye sordular valizlerimi açıp gösterebilceğimi söyledim. Havlu vermedikleri halde havluları çaldık muamelesi yapıldı. Oda aşırı sigara kokuyordu ve çok eskiydi. Özellikle türk arkadaşlar asla tavsiye etmiyorum uygun diye aldanıp sakın kalmayın.

No signs how to find the entrance, not in the description on expedia either. Hotel is located on the 8th floor, there is constant construction on the floors below with workers occupying the elevator and stairs. While walking upstairs trying to sqeeze between the workers wounded myself and completely damaged my jeans with iron sticks which are just sticking out of the walls. Half of the lights in our room did not work.after addressing it to reception they told they would fix it, but it never happened. Our room wasnt cleaned a single time during our 3 night stay. No instruction how to switch on complex TV system, perhaps it didnt work, as we couldnt manage to watch anything apart from welcome screen. No coffee/tea refill. Needed to ask reception for water refill. Good location and view from the room.

Enjoyable stay in convient location

We had an enjoyable stay at Art Gallery. The entrance is via rear of building and give impression of service elevator in residential building and that you are in wrong place, although when arriving on 8th floor we were taken into a completely different environment. The hotel is decorated as per name with artistic paintings and we were given a warm greeting at lobby. From booking process and photos provided on hotels.com the booking photos and rooms did not align. We raised this with hotels.com and Art Gallery hotel and never received any response from hotels.com after several emails. We progressed this with hotel to make a longer booking at room which matched original description and made appropriate arrangements directly with hotel due to no correspondence from hotels.com to progress our issue. The room provided was spacious and provided a kitchenette and a balcony to relax and enjoy surroundings. The room was maintained to a good standard and the room service provided ongoing service and were helpful throughout our stay. The one area for improvement would be that the wi-fi provided can be unstable at times. the hotel is located next to one of main roads in Tbilsi and offers excellent public transport a few minutes away. There is also a large park about 5 minutes away where you can enjoy fresh air and walk around and relax.
