“Quiet and clean hotel. While it's a bit of a walk to get to, it's still conveniently located as it's about a 15 or so minute walk to get to the city. The breakfast buffet was also great. While the majority of the food was the same, they did have a variety of hot dishes that rotated, so that was nice. Also they have Imeruli Khachapuri every morning along with Lobiani at the breakfast buffet which were both delicious. “The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful when I had trouble getting my ride app to find me and pick me up. If you have mobility issues, be aware that the entrance is very steep. I'm 65 years old, and I found it challenging to go up and down the hills leading to the property, especially with my bags. Fortunately there was always someone around to help with my large suitcase. The upside is that the city views were spectacular, especially from the terrace.”

“Management was very responsive to our requests to have two rooms together and to which particular type of room we got. They were attentive and accommodated our requests for extension of one day without changing rooms. The hotel is 10’min from Avlabari station, fairly well located .”

“The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. ”
