A complete letdown. Overpriced, terribly managed, and a massive downgrade.As a returning customer who stayed here back in 2023, I came back hoping for another pleasant stay. Instead, it was an absolute joke. I booked a lakeside 2-bedroom with a view based on the Expedia photos, but we were shoved into a first-floor back unit with no elevator access and absolutely no lake view.The apartment itself was in a complete state of neglect: a second bathroom that constantly smelled heavily of sewer gas, a fully clogged sink, a broken shower head, an ancient 15-year-old TV unable to stream, and an unclean kitchen with a shredded sink gasket exposing old food debris. They didn't even bother to provide a fresh dishwashing sponge.When we complained, the property manager was incredibly dismissive, stating views are "subjective" and doing absolutely nothing to fix the broken plumbing. Truly pathetic service for a loyal customer and a premium price tag. Avoid this place.
