「Loved everything about our stay. Great location, hospitable owners, beautiful grounds, cute chickens. Clean room and comfy bed, not en-suite but private bathroom for every room, hot shower with very good shower pressure, lovely common kitchen and lounge areas. 「This is a very perfect mansion which is both classic and modern. I’m surprised that even the towels are put on a heating rack. We love the food a lot, both dinner and breakfast. Fresh ingredients and nicely cooked by the host! Host is very nice and introduced us to sheep feeding. Thanks for lending us a HDMI cable as well since our laptop’s monitor is not functioning well and we need to connect it to the TV.」

「Excellent. Quiet, very well catered and clean. Good shower and comfy bed. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Maria is very welcoming. Great for dogs, with plenty of places to walk dogs. Can't fault Maria's property. I highly recommend it and will return next time we're in the Waikato. 」
