"Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Cabins at Monkey Falls. It was slightly rustic, but perfectly suited to our needs. The location was central and we were able to see many attractions in our time there. It was also lovely having the choice to have breakfast or dinner on site. "This property is extremely clean and pleasant. I felt it was an excellent choice for the price. The above ground pool off a nice deck is clean and refreshing. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and comfortable with comfortable mattresses. The rest of the house is not air conditioned but has numerous fans. We did not have a car and walked into town but the walk back is uphill and we often got a cab or scheduled a ride back especially in the dark. "

"This resort was absolute breathtaking and peaceful. This was our first stay (wife and I) and it was very relaxing. The resort offers a variety of nature experiences but we spent time admiring the beautiful scenery, pool and jacuzzi around the resort. Our room was a king with a river view. Great A/C and Our clean room and bathroom was spacious with an outside bathtub and shower. Also we spent time on our a spacious balcony. We enjoyed our dining experience; as well as the room service for our delicious meals. There was no television because it’s about getting back to nature which was much needed. All the staff we encountered were professional and kind; eager to assist you. Definitely will visit again! Thank you!!!! "

"We stayed here in October 2025 for four nights. This boutique hotel shares a building with a small coffee shop and bakery, where you can conveniently charge items directly to your room. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and tour operators. The staff was friendly and helpful—especially Carrol, who checked us in. The entire property was exceptionally clean—so much so that I wondered if we were the first guests to stay in our room! The welcome drink was a lovely surprise after a long day of travel, and the bar area was very nice. There’s a water purifier in the shared hallway, which was perfect for filling our reusable bottles. The area was quiet, and it was wonderful to enjoy coffee on our private balcony each morning. Free parking on the premises was another big plus. The only (very minor) downside is that the bakery/coffee shop doesn’t open until 8 a.m., and there aren’t bulk coffee or breakfast options early in the morning. However, there’s a single-cup coffee brewer in the room, and staff are happy to provide extra coffee packets. We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend! "
