「My first impressions were very positive as the hotel is in a great location in Maidenhead and only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and eateries both chain and independent. 「We stayed in room 7, and went to bed at around 11.30pm. The room was so noisy from the bar area until around 1am. The room facilities were poor, lots of maintenance issues like no toilet roll holder, loose shelf, loose hook on back of door. The shower was luke warm and felt like needles. The window didn’t shut properly and the pillows were wafer thin. The bin hadn’t been emptied properly from previous guest there was a tooth pick in there!!
