“El lugar es agradable, con buena distribución del espacio, salvo que el baño es sumamente reducido y más la regadera, además de que no salió agua suficiente, por estar tapada y no poderse regular el agua caliente: o salía helada o ardiendo. Por otra parte la subida por la escalera es pesada porque los escalones son muy altos y estrechos en varios tramos. ”

“Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados de este lugar. Ubicado en una hermoso edificio, este departamento nos ofreció la comodidad y seguridad que buscábamos. Pasamos 8 días en puebla y realmente nos sentimos en casa. Definitivamente será nuestra primera opción siempre que visitemos Puebla.”

“This unit was huge, in an old building that had been fully renovated keeping its heritage charm. Beautiful inside and out. The landlord was very responsive, and there was a friendly cat that liked to visit (automatic five stars). Puebla itself is a beautiful city, and the location couldn't have been better.”

“From the first connection, Francisco, the host, was truly incredible. He sent lists of suggestions including restaurants (that were amazing), things to do, transportation options and directions from Mexico City. The apartment was perfect in every way- spacious, very clean, in a great neighborhood with access to all that Puebla has to offer. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the outdoor deck! The host was incredibly responsive - best I have ever had. He was polite, kind, professional……

“Tiene ya sus años pero lo han mantenido en forma. La zona nueva está muy bien las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Un poco caro el restaurante y cobran estacionamiento.”

“Está en remodelación. con más de 15 días solicitamos una habitación para personas con discapacidad y nos dieron una normal, por qué la otra la habían dado.. el personal súper amable nos ayudaron a solucionar el problema, pero ellos felicidades! Pero fue un error que causó muchas incomodidades”

“Great service, room was clean everyday, the breakfast was also great, but I think the rooms need a little bit of updating, since we stayed a week, we did not have enough places put our stuff (no chest of drawers, the room was big enough to contain one), no iron, etc. We kept having trouble with our Keycards that de-programmed every other day, and even when re-programmed one opened, the other didn't.”
