This is located in front of the house and welcomes you for sunbathing and swimming.  The luxurious 2-room apartment has been classified 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. It is designed for 2 adults and has a total area of ​​45 sqm.   It includes a living area with views of the lake and the mountains beyond, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a princely box-spring double bed and a bathroom:

With us you can let the soul really dangle. The view of the lake and the mountain panorama behind it is pure relaxation! On hot days, the Tegernsee invites you for a dip in the water. The jetty is located directly opposite our building and welcomes you for sunbathing and swimming. Via the imposing entrance area of ​������������the listed building you enter the apartment. The exclusively furnished apartment offers the highest comfort and convinces with its unique ambience and exquisite designer pieces. All rooms are furnished with modern art paintings. The high-quality equipment includes 2 TV sets (bedroom and living room), DVD player, DVD collection and Netflix for rainy days. FREE WIFI is a matter of course. The parking space is located directly on the property. Separate lockable storage room for bike, stand up paddle, ski, etc. On request, we are happy to provide a free Stand Up Paddle, with which you can directly in front of the house into the water. The garden is being redesigned. However, you can still use the sunbathing area exactly as shown in the photo. Works are currently not carried out, so you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful lake view.  We are always happy about dog visit and also children. Of course there is a cot and high chair available for these.
