This rural property is situated in the end of the village, just 5 minutes walk from the historic helmet.
Truly enchanting and very spacious with exquisite decor that highlights the simplicity of the local architecture.
Holiday cottage Chimida is located on an estate of 20,000m2 with a 52m2 superfice. It is located in the viallge of Teguise, in a town that has conserved its architecture, monuments, streets and local traditions.
As the old capital of Lanzarote, the old town of Teguise has retained its historical architecture, monuments, streets and local traditions.
From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful gardens and the views of the island. Very bright interior and exterior.

La propriétaire est charmante et discrète.

Traumhaft für Leute, die Ruhe suchen !
Sehr schöne Lage am Rande von Teguise mit Weitblick. Nur wenige Minuten in die Stadt mit vielen Restaurants. Ausstattung des kleinen Hauses ist hervorragend. Drei tolle Wochen dort verbracht.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Nette, kleine Finca am Ortsrand von Teguise. Alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Man spürt, dass das Häuschen mit Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Lovely quiet place
We had a lovely stay here. Just as everyone else has said, it was very peaceful, everything that we needed was there and only a short walk into Teguise.

Très agréable séjour
Bon point de chute pour visiter Lanzarote, central et proche de tout, propriétaire discréte mais très réactive, location conforme à l'annonce, bien équipée, bon wifi, calme et lumineux.

Lovely place to stay.
Delightful place to stay. We were there for 9 nights and loved it.
Situated about 8 mins walk from the centre of Teguise town with its great bars, restaurants and museums etc.
Would highly recommend.
Morina was a helpful and knowledgable host.

A real gem!
Estudio Chimida is ideal for two, spacious and well equipped, in a very quiet location on the edge of the town, yet only 7 or 8 minutes walk from the centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. Teguise is a lovely town and is ideally placed for exploring the eastern half of Lanzarote in particular, where you find several places of interest related to the late artist César Manrique whose influence is apparent all over the island. A real find - we enjoyed our stay immensely.

An Ideal Place for 2 People
Estudio Chimida is well fitted out and provides very comfortable accommodation for 2 people. Teguise is a charming old village with a number of restaurants and cafes and a very good market on Sundays. It is centrally located and is an ideal base from which to explore the island. Would reccommend.

Idyllisch und ruhig, aber dennoch recht zentrumsnahe Lage mit phantastischen Fernblick
Das Appartement ist liebevoll und sehr umfangreich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der schattenspendende Baum macht dies aber sehr angenehm.
Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Gewürze, Salz, Zucker, Papierrolle, usw. standen bereit.
Der erholsame Schlaf, stellte sich aber erst nach einigen Nächten der Eingewöhnung, auf dem für uns ungewohnt harten Futonbett ein.
Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für Individualisten die fernab des Pauschal Tourismus Land und Leute kennen lernen wollen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

una vacanza straordinaria su un'isola unica nel suo genere... da visitare assolutamente!!!
Studio davvero molto bello, comodo e pulito. Provvisto di tutto ciò che è necessario... stoviglie in generale, pentole ben tenute, caffettiera, lenzuola, asciugamani, phon, ferro e piccolo asse da stiro. Location immersa in una tranquillità straordinaria. Teguise è un paese davvero molto carino, con caratteristici ristorantini e con diversi negozietti raggiungibili a piedi. L'aeroporto si raggiunge in 15 minuti di auto e le spiagge più turistiche a sud sono a circa mezz'ora, ma con viaggi piacevolissimi attraverso la bellissima zona della Geria. Percorsi, strade e paesaggi unici davvero!!! È stata una vacanza stupenda!!!

Ein schönes kleines Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen
Im Studio Chimida habe ich mich gleich zuhause gefühlt. Das Studio ist eigentlich ein kleines Häuschen, wunderschön und wertig eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat eine kleine Frühstücksterrasse mit Morgensonne und eine große Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf Vulkane und Meer, auf der ab dem späten Vormittag die Sonne scheint. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
