“We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. “Pros: La casa tiene una ubicación inmejorable Cons: La atención por parte del anfitrión fue pésima desde el primer momento. Tardó 6 días en contestar a los correos y WhatsApp q le enviamos para saber el proceso de check in, y tampoco nos cogió el teléfono hasta que llamamos a Holidu para quejarnos y al día siguiente escribió. La puerta principal de la casa está hinchada del agua que cae desde la azotea cuando llueve y no cierra ni abre, se forma un charco en el baño cada vez que te duchas……
