「Just came back from this hotel and highly disappointed. My room had an infestation of ants in the bathroom. Staff was not helpful with directions/ services available on site. Not all restaurants are included in the all inclusive dining which was not clear when booking. Would not recommend」

「Property is right on the beach giving it good location. However it should be noted that swimming has been prohibited since October 2025 due to pollution. All staff very polite although Marcella in the cafe bar stands out for excellent service. 」

「A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. 」

「Not clean, run down with skirting board hanging off walls etc, broken furniture, partial sea view was only from the bedroom window but over a building site for Kora Maresía (a new hotel). You could see a slight glimpse of the sea. The balcony looked onto the car park out the front and the kitchen to a burger shop and diving school. 「The Grand Teguise Playa offers a warm atmosphere, fantastic staff, and a pleasant overall stay close to shops, restaurants and beach.
