A relaxing family holiday. Great information from the owner before hand with lots of useful restaurants and local facilities. A beautiful villa with a good sized pool plenty of privacy with lovely sea views. Fully equipped and spacious villa with lots of useful space in the sun and in the shade.

Can't wait to come back!

What to say - this place is perfect. As soon as you walk in the door, the relaxation kicks in. Spacious, well furnished, and most of all the pool and that amazing view. We felt completely at home here and hope to return soon.

Great vacation home!

Well equipped and clean. Nice sunbeds by the pool and plenty of seating areas to sit comfortably with the family. Nice view and all amenities close by. We enjoyed it very much!

Just what we wanted

We all enjoyed our stay and the grandchildren loved having the pool. The tips on where to visit and beaches were excellent as we had not been to Lanzarote before. Our fav. Beach was Famara. The property was very comfortable and well equipt, i wss even able to practice my putting! The site was quiet and easy access to good resturants. Would we go back to this property? ,most certainly.

Great house in a great location

We just returned from a seven day holiday. The check in process with Karim was excellent, as well all communication during our stay. The house was well equipped and cleaned thoroughly. The location was excellent. Private and quiet yet walking distance to Costa Teguise central. We look forward to returning later this year.

Wonderful villa

Wonderful villa with everything you need in a perfect setting and extremely good communication with the owner who went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Just perfect in every way!

We stayed in the villa for a week in August 2022 and I have to say we were absolutely blown away! The check in process was really smooth and we were able to access the property earlier than expected, which was a real bonus. The size of the villa has to be seen to be believed, it is so much bigger than it appears in the photos. The outdoor area was beautiful with views to die for across the calm ocean with palm trees blowing in the wind. The pool was lovely and clean and our teenage kids loved it in there. The rooms are massive with loads of space so we were able to properly switch off and relax and not be under each other's feet all the time. All rooms were spotlessly clean and we really felt at home. The kids appreciated the wifi and also the TV with Netflix and Disney+ so that kept them happy! We were very impressed with the attention to detail with the villa which was packed with every utensil and gadget you can imagine, we even had a tinkle on the piano which was a lovely touch. It is in a very quiet, secure location without being on top of the neighbours (it beats an all inclusive hotel any day!) but it is also close very close to the nearest supermarket and restaurants which are about a 5-10 minute walk. We chose not to hire a car so this was a must for us. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk along the coastal path which is lovely, especially at sunset. With busy lives and jobs this was the perfect place to completely unwind and relax for a week. Special thanks to Karim for all his help and getting us to the airport when it was sadly time to leave. Thanks to Martin and Astrid for all the friendly communications and for all the finishing touches which made for a memorable holiday!

Exceeded expectations!

We were a party of 6 adults (3 couples), who without exception absolutely loved the villa. We have been to Costa Teguise many times, and this was the third sea front villa in this complex that we have rented, and all agree it was by far the best. The villa has spectacular views, and its position makes it very private and very quiet.. All the little extra touches provided in the villa add to make it a very enjoyable experience. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and Martin could not have been any more accommodating. It’ was very clear that they want you to have a great experience, which we did. We would not hesitate to recommend.

A fabulous villa.

We had a great family holiday in this lovey villa. Martin and Astrid have set up a fabulous home for holidaying. Very well equipped and furnished. Great views of the ocean. Couldn’t ask for more. We would enjoy another stay!
