“Katerina hotel is a must stay for those traveling to Chico. Clean, beautiful esthetic, with nice restaurant and bar amenities. Happy hour was a plus with nice food offerings and tasty drinks. The pool was well maintained and sunny. Staff at hotel went above and beyond to check in with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were well sized, huge bathroom, and clean. Would recommend staying here - close to shopping and freeways.”

“Friendly staff. Older decor in room, bathtub seemed old/stained. Check-in was smooth and allowed for late checkout. But breakfast pastries should be included for the graduation rate we paid. ”

“The whole experience here was great! Staff were super nice and helpful during check-in. Parking was easy too. The breakfast was a good addition as well.”

“Great check in experience, very nice staff. The breakfast provided was better than you'd expect, nice indoor pool area, microwave and refrigerator in the room and something that's sadly becoming rare...a bathtub!”

“This is an older Hotel and apparently recently under new ownership or management. They did go out of their way to make a room available for us as they had quite a large work crew staying in the hotel. We had expected a lot of noise since it was the weekend but the work crew was very respectable and quiet. In their defense they had many rooms to clean and went out of their way to make one available for us which we greatly appreciate it. It was a perfectly acceptable stay”

“air conditioner didn't work. We moved to a clean room where AC worked but very noisy. Also noticed a man taking a shower with a garden hose, just outside the pool area. Motel was not in newer area of chico, so had a pretty "used" atmosphere about it and not well maintained. price reflected conditiopn of unit.”

“The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.”
