“The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly.”

“About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)”

“We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“I was truly taken by surprise and impressed with Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar. The quality and attention to detail to ensure the comfort of the guest's stay was truly impressive. The classically modern room was spacious, clean, with a large balcony and a beautiful view where you can spend hours relaxing. The condition of the hotel was also excellent. Waking up each morning to the view of the balcony was such a treat each morning. Out of various experiences with travels and stays in hotels around……

“This family run hotel is a hidden gem a few blocks from the center square in Sapa. I loved my spacious room with mountain views!! And their omelettes are delicious!! And I love all the owner’s cats!!”

“優點的話大概是房間很大, 有手動門鎖, 早餐雖然選擇性不多, 但還不錯 缺點是沒有電梯, 主要是高樓層要爬來爬去的, 熱水要等, 洗熱水有點麻煩, 然後這邊離搭車地有點遠, 自駕的人可能沒感覺, 但搭車來的人, 從司機放下的地點走到這裏有點遠, 而且是山區, 得拖著行李往上, 回程更是麻煩, 如果要搭大巴, 要走好久, 搭出租車又超貴 另外這邊是民宿, 並不是飯店, 所以晚上老闆娘會等門, 但我還是比較喜歡飯店, 隨時進出自由, 尤其來沙巴玩, 會喜歡去逛晚一點, 但來民宿感覺壓力很大就是了 ”

“Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options”
