Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「What stands out at Nopal is the staff, they were approachable, always happy to help and as accommodating as possible with our requests. The hotel was refurbished a couple of years back and they’ve made a nice job of what you can imagine was an older building. Breakfast was super tasty, with a wide array of different foods, hot and cold and the cherry was eggs made your way with tasty bacon 👌 The front of house staff, be it as reception or at breakfast we’re always on hand to assist.
