The employees are so kind and friendly, the service was great and location is the best. The room is not that big with space for the suitcases and no closet was in our toom.

The location and the hotel are great…the check in staff are rude, lazy and need a lesson in personal hygiene. As a hotelier, I can’t imagine having staff doing personal cell phone calls during check ins and looking like they haven’t showered in days.

Cleanliness is very poor

Staff = 10/10 Cleanliness = 1/10 For a hotel that was just opened last year, the bathrooms are too dirty; the cleaners really need to pay more attention and give it a good scrub. Mould, scum and hairs everywhere. Disgusting! The reception and bar staff were very friendly and excellent though.
