「Got there with 3 hot and tired children (long car journey) and my 70 year old mum only to find theyd cancelled our booking. I received no communication of this. My booking and payment had been confirmed. I even received an email the next morning to see how our stay was going and another asking us to rate our stay. 「We stayed at the Old Pumping Station whilst visiting family. Such an unusual building, refurbished to include a lot of original features. Very comfortable and a lovely location with a field opposite to walk our dog. Ideal. The host has thought of all the things to make it a home from home. It's small, but has everything you need for a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area.」
