They never vacuumed the floors in our room. There were indoor cobwebs all along the windowsill and dead bugs. Right under the blinds. There were cobwebs in the end table, and the tile in the bathroom had not been mopped because there was dirt on the floor.

The staff was amazing when we showed up a little early and they were able to get us into our room after driving most the day. Housekeeping was so sweet about it! Breakfast was very good the next morning!

Friendly but Dirty

Check in staff in eveng was friendly and helpful. Room was not acceptable. Beds were messily made which made me wonder if clean. Bathroom was not clean. Trash was emptied and some linens replenished. No washcloths, no bath mat. Clump of hair on floor and hair left in tub. Asked for bathroom to be properly cleaned next day and linens replenished. Some towels left on sink counter but bathroom not cleaned. Asked again for bathroom to be cleaned next day. Again, towels left on counter, bathroom not cleaned. Towels left on 3rd day had holes in them. Stairwells were dirty, not vacuumed, and covered in spiderwebs and bugs caught in them. Evening staff left notes for day staff as to my requests for cleaning, but they were obviously ignored. I was just not comfortable for 3 nights.

Spider! & Pool

My only complaint is the giant spider who greeted me at the coffee machine inside room 123. I was able to flush it down the toilet. The a/c works very well. The noise was a little distracting but I just turned up the TV or my phone. The pool was crowded every day except Sunday night. I was pleased to get a few laps in. Beware of Indiana special soup at local churches around the area. It made me sick. It does have a certain swimming reptile inside the soup. The shower was very good. The bathroom was big since I got the handicapped room. Housekeeping barged into my room on the first day. Luckily I had the top chain on. I put the NO Housekeeping tag on the door and the Do NOT disturb sign. I like the duvets on the beds. The employees were super nice. They found my brother’s money on the floor and gave it back to him. I appreciate the free breakfast when the unsupervised kids are not attacking the food.

The air was off in the room when we checked in. It was about 80° in there. It took to well over midnight to cool the room off. The shower head looked like it was 20 years old. Calcium built up. Stepped on what appeared to be tiny sliver of glass and my bare feet in the room
