「Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. We contacted Expedia and then they said the Nest is not willing to refund. What a home! What a rip off. I’ll...

「The hotel was near an array of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, and the room was large, neat, and well-appointed. We had some difficulty finding the place after dark -- it's an historic property and so doesn't have prominent signage or lighting capable of advertising itself. Overall, a very pleasant experience.」
