The bedrooms are designed with both comfort and style in mind. A plush sleeping experience with quality linens, and thoughtful layouts ensure every guest has a restful stay. Spiral staircases lead to additional guest rooms and the wellness center, creating unique spaces for relaxation and retreat. Bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, offering both convenience and spa-like touches.

Additional Information:
Early check-in (between 1:00–3:00 PM), if available, is $100. Late check-out (up to 12:00 PM, depending on availability) is also $100. We will send a request for payment through the online travel agency.

TV’s: All TVs have update Apple TV with HBO Max and Paramount services provided.

Important notice: This home is at almost 10,000 feet. If you are altitude sensitive or not sure, we highly recommend renting an Oxygen Concentrator from "Oxygen Delivers." Having this device can truly save your trip and allow you to enjoy your time. It is recommended to drink lots of water and electrolytes as well to help with Altitude Sickness.

*This property is not a ski in/ski out, but with a short walk to the end of Cabins Lane and a left on San Joaquin and in 200 yards, you can ski down Sundance (double green) to lifts 1 and 10 in The Meadows. Both boasting access to entry level and advanced terrain.

*Dial a Ride is also available for hassle-free transportation shuttle around Mountain Village (only), making it simple to explore everything from ski slopes to shops and dining. We will give you the code before check-in.

Closely watched rules: If you do not report a pet, you will be charged $700 per pet. The entry to this home has cameras and neighborhood cameras as well.

*While we want you to have the best experience possible, please understand that weather conditions and resort availability are outside our control. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for weather-related issues or ski resort closures.

*Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their trip. Our cancellation and refund policies apply in all circumstances, and we are unable to offer refunds for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, illness, flight delays or cancellations, road closures, or personal emergencies. Travel insurance can help cover these unforeseen situations and provide peace of mind.

Seasonal & Local Notes
*Telluride experiences “off-seasons” in spring and fall, during which the Gondola closes and restaurants, shops, and activities may be limited. Please confirm availability before booking these dates.

*Guests are responsible for checking local road and weather conditions, particularly in winter months.

Family Amenities

A pack ’n play travel crib and other accessories can be rented from Traveling Lite by Patti. She has everything you could need.

Important Notes for Your Stay

*Seasonal Access: Some services, dining, and activities may close or operate with reduced hours during off-seasons.

*Occupancy: Maximum occupancy allows for two additional guests beyond the listed bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and extra linens are available upon request.

*Construction Notice: As a resort town, construction projects may occur during the summer, typically between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Golf Course Access: The nearby Telluride Golf Club is private and limited to members only.

Accessibility: Spiral staircases lead to guest rooms and the wellness center and may be unsuitable for guests with mobility limitations.

We ask that you treat Apex with the same care as you would your own home. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of these rules may result in additional fees.
